The Village Pizzeria Story

Since our opening in 2002, Village Pizzeria has become the island go to for family portions of quality Italian food. While providing a fun and friendly atmosphere,  all ages can enjoy incomparable, hand-tossed pizza and other mouthwatering Italian specialties. More restaurant than “pizza place,” our menu offers a variety of dishes made only from the finest ingredients. From immense salads to hearty pastas and authentic desserts, we continue to refine our menu to meet our customers’ needs. And with happy hour specials on beer, wine and our HUGE slices, Village Pizzeria has something for anyone’s budget.

Located just a block away from the Pacific Ocean and the world famous Hotel Del Coronado, our Orange Ave location offers outdoor seating for those who love to people watch in the unbeatable San Diego weather. Our indoor dining room is complete with three plasma TVs for those who want to take in the game over a cold one with friends, family and delicious food. Of course delivery is always an option for anyone who just wants a great meal at home.

In 2007, we opened our second location, Village Pizzeria Bayside, fittingly located steps from the bay at Coronado’s Ferry Landing. Our Bayside location offers the same great menu as The Original with an unbeatable bay front view of Downtown San Diego. Pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes and hoagie sandwiches are made-to-order with authentic ingredients. And our spacious covered patio is perfect for large parties and events.

However you choose to visit us, we at Village Pizzeria thank you for making the wise choice!
